TWO DRUM CAMPS IN 2019

EWA DRUM CAMP & EDA DRUM CAMP
One will be held in Germany and the other in Canada. Both camps will have their own identity. The German camp is called EWA Drum Camp which stand for Education for Women in Arts. This camp is designed to inspire female drummers to learn about and develop their skill in the drum. It’s an international camp and is open to all female drummers. The Canadian drum camp is called EDA Drum Camp which stand for Education for Drummers in Arts. This camp will be open to male and female drummers from all over the world.
Emmanuelle Caplette: Has performed with many pop artists, in several major drum festivals and is the first international artist to appear as a guest drummer on the NBC Late Show with Seth Meyers.
Anika Nilles: Anika built up a name as a Youtube sensation, boasting more than 17 million views on her drum videos featuring original compositions. She lately won #1 as ‘Best Clinician’ of UK Musicradar in 2018.
In addition to talking about drumming techniques, both artists also really want to share their knowledge and experience as professional musicians. They will provide a real inside look into the business and outline the steps required to become a professional musician. They will discuss the qualities and skills required to be a successful musician in the music industry. They will also discuss self-promotion, social media, knocking on the right doors, jam sessions, etc… These camps will give a unique and complete experience for aspiring drummers.
Each camp has a capacity of only 25 students (16 years and older) in order provide an intimate and productive environment between the students and the instructors. Drummers of all levels are welcomed. (Beginners and intermediate). The Canadian camp will be held at Studio Base Bin in Montreal on October 11-13th 2019. The German camp will be held at the Saalbau in Neustadt an der Weinstraße on July 12-14th 2019.
